钼蓝光度法测定磷肥中的低硅含量
Points for attention in determination of silicon in low Si phosphate fertilizer by molybdenum blue photometric method
【摘要】 当磷肥中w(SiO2)≤5%,可利用钼蓝光度法测定其SiO2含量。阐述用该法分析SiO2含量的原理及应注意的事项:熔样器皿材质的选取,浸取和酸化方式,还原剂的选择与时间控制,干扰离子影响的去除等,测定结果具有较好的准确度和精密度。
【Abstract】 When w(SiO2)≤5% in a phosphate fertilizer, the molybdenum blue photometric method could be used for determining the silicon content. The principle of the method is stated. In order to obtain the results with higher accuracy and precision, some points for attention during determination are proposed, such as, the material of melting pot, the choice of reducing agent, the control of reducing time, and the removal of interfering ions.
