从农村存在的两个问题谈婚姻立法的完善
On Legislation of Marriage from Two Questions Existing in the Country
【摘要】 农村婚姻家庭纠纷的发生很多是由于"事实婚姻"和农村混乱的房屋登记现状引起的,本文对这两方面问题存在的原因进行了剖析,进而寻求到了相应的解决办法,即对婚姻立法进行完善。
【Abstract】 The family dispute of marriage in the countryside is mainly caused by the fact marriage and the confused registry of houses. This paper analyzes these two causes and finds ways to solve this problem and improve the legislation of marriage.
