【摘要】 [目的]通过健康教育干预提高足浴按摩师卫生知识认知程度及卫生行为合格率。[方法]采用随机抽样方法,从长宁区30家足浴房随机抽取100名足浴按摩师进行综合干预,并对他们的卫生知识知晓率及卫生行为合格率作干预前后比较。[结果]干预后足浴房的卫生设施指标合格率比干预前有明显提高(卫生制度和消毒设施合格率分别从87%和79%提高到100%和98%);从业人员卫生知识认知程度干预前后差异有显著性(X2=70.19,P<0.001);从业人员卫生行为合格率干预前后差异有显著性(X2=38.10,P<0.001)。[结论]采取综合干预措施对提高足浴按摩师的卫生知识认知程度和卫生行为合格率是有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To promote, with multiple interfering measures, the level of barbers’ and hairdressers’ understanding of hygienic knowledge and the importance of improving hygienic standards in foot-bath massagists. [ Methods ] According to the random sampling, 100 foot-bath massagists were selected from 30 foot-bath saloons in Changning District, the analysis suggested that hygienic conditions in beauty parlors took a turn for the better, and at the same time, those who work in beauty parlors began to apply hygienic knowledge to their routine duties after the multiple interference. [ Results ] First, the acceptance rate of the hygienic facilities in beauty parlors rose obviously (to be specific, the acceptance rate of hygienic regulations rose from 87% to 100%, while the acceptance rate of the sterilizing facilities from 79% to 98% ) after the multiple interference. Second, barbers’ and hairdressers’ understanding of hygienic knowledge was deepen evidently (X2 = 70.19, P < 0.001 ). Third, the acceptance rate of hygienic behavior of employees in beauty parlors had a marked improvement ( X2 = 38.10, P < 0.001 ). [ Conclusion ] It is efficacious to take multiple interfering measures to raise the acceptance rate of the massagists in the beauty parlors and foot-bathes.更多还原
