新型EDFA驱动源的研制与实验测试
Development and experimental test of novel EDFA driver
【摘要】 详细介绍以C8051F005单片机为核心的新型掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)驱动源的设计及研制,用其驱动980 nm的半导体激光二极管(LD),输出十分稳定。然后泵浦铋基铒光纤(Bi-EDF),获得超宽带ASE谱,同时验证驱动源具有良好的线性度输出。
【Abstract】 A novel EDFA driver based on C8051F005 SCM is introduced in detail on design and development. Driving 980 nm LD with it, the output is quite stable. And when Bi-EDF is pumped, ultra-broad band ASE spectrum is obtained. At the same time, it is testified that the driver has a favorable linearity output.
