【摘要】 目的　观察卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法　CHF患者共97例,随机分为2组,在常规应用血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)抑制药、利尿药和强心药的基础上,治疗组加用卡维地洛,观察1、3、6mo末的心功能、BP、HR及不良反应。结果　经6mo治疗后治疗组左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径和左室舒张末期内径均有明显改善,HR、BP也有显著地降低,与治疗前相比均有显著性差异(P均<0 .0 1) ;治疗后2组心功能改善比较也有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组不良反应轻微。结论　CHF患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用卡维地洛可明显改善患者的心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To observe clinical efficacy and safety of carvedilol in treating chronic heart failure.METHODS Ninty-seven patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into:treatment group ( 51 patients ) and control group (46 patients ). The treatment group received carvedilol in addition to standard therapy. The clinical changes of cardiac function,blood pressure and heart rate in 97 patients were observed. All patients were examined with echocardiography four times during a 6-month period, assessing left ventricular function.RESULTS After the treatment of the 6 mo, In the treatment group left ventricular ejection fraction obviously increased, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-distolic diameter obviously decreased, heart rate and blood pressure obviously decreased too. There were significant differences in the treatment group before and after the treatment(P<0.01)and there were significant differences in changes of heart function between 2 groups after the treatment(P<0.01). There were no significant adverse drug reactions in treatment group.CONCLUSION Carvedilol is effective, safe in treating chronic heart failure in addition to standard therapy.更多还原
