【摘要】 目的:观察含国产奈达铂联合方案治疗口腔鳞癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法:20例T3、T4期口腔鳞癌患者随机分成两组接受诱导化疗,其中10例为含奈达铂联合化疗组(VMNP组),10例为含顺铂联合化疗组(VMPP组),初步评价奈达铂的临床疗效。结果:VMNP组10例患者中,CR3例,PR5例,MR1例,SD1例,总有效率为80%;VMPP组10例患者中,CR1例,PR5例,MR2例,SD1例,PD1例,总有效率为60%,二者无显著性差异(P>0·05);VMNP组临床毒副反应较轻。结论:含奈达铂联合化疗方案治疗口腔鳞癌有较好的近期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the short-term therapeutic effects and side effects of nedaplatin-based chemotherapy in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinomas.Methods:Twenty patients with stage T3 or T4 oral squamous cell carcinoma were randomized into two treatment groups. The first group participated in combination induction chemotherapy with nedaplatin (VMNP), whereas the second control group underwent combination chemotherapy with cis-platinum(VMPP). The clinical effect after chemotherapy was evaluated.Results:The overall response rate to the induction chemotherapy for the first group was 80%, with 30% CR, 50% PR, 10% MR, and 10% SD and to the chemotherapy for the second control group 60%, with 10% CR, 50% PR, 20% MR, 10% SD, and 10% PD. However, there was no significant difference between the overall response rate of those who participated in nedaplatin treatment and the control group (P>0.05). Toxicities experienced by patients treated with VMNP were mild.Conclusion:The results indicate that nedaplatin-based chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
