【摘要】 目的:观察国产盐酸吉西他滨(泽菲)联合顺铂治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效及毒副反 应。方法:初治的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期NSCLC病例30例,以21天为1周期,泽菲1.0g/m2,静脉滴注,d1、d8,顺铂30mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1 ～d3,连用2个周期后评价疗效。结果:全组30例均可评价,有效率为40%(12/30),主要毒副反应为胃肠反应(20%)和血液 学毒性,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级白细胞下降和血小板下降分别为20%和13%。结论:泽菲联合顺铂治疗NSCLC有较好疗效,毒性较小可以 耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity reactions of domestic gemcitabine (ZEFEI) plus cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Selecting 30 previously untreated patients with advanced NSCLC,Domestic gemcitabine (ZEFEI) was given on day 1,8 at a dose of 1.0g/m 2 and cisplatin at a dose of 30mg/m 2 on day 1-3.The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days with two cycles.Results:The response rate was 40%(12/30).The main toxicity reactions were nausea/vomiting (Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade:20%) and hematologic toxicity.The prevalence of grade Ⅲ leukopenia and thrombocytopenia was 20% and 13% respectively.Conclusion:The domestic gemcitabine (ZEFEI) plus cisplatin combination is a highly effective regimen for patients with advanced NSCLC,with a manageable toxicity.更多还原
