【摘要】 目的:观察奥沙利铂(L- OHP)联合亚叶酸钙(CF)、5- 氟脲嘧啶(5- Fu)方案治疗晚期胃肠癌的近期疗效。方 法:22例晚期胃肠癌患者,其中胃癌15例,大肠癌7例,化疗前均经锁骨下静脉留置中心静脉导管。L- OHP130mg/m2,静滴3 小时,第1天;CF100mg/天,静滴2小时,第1～5天;5-FU500mg,静注,第1天,500mg/天,微量泵持续静脉滴注120小时。21 天为1周期。结果:全组患者获得CR2例,PR10例,总有效率为54.5%。其中胃癌的有效率为53.3%;大肠癌的有效率为 57.1%。骨髓抑制的发生率为59.1%,Ⅲ/Ⅳ度者仅1例;胃肠道反应主要为口腔粘膜炎与腹泻,发生率为54.5%,无Ⅲ/Ⅳ度 胃肠道反应;突出的毒性反应是L- OHP引起的外周感觉神经异常,发生率为59.1%(13/22)。结论:L -OHP联合CF/5 FU持 续滴注120小时的化疗方案治疗晚期胃肠癌近期疗效较高,耐受性好,值得进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of oxaliplatin(L-OHP),calcium folinate (CF) and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) civ combination chemotherapy on advanced gastric/colon cancer (15 cases gastric cancer,7 cases colon cancer).Methods:Twenty-two patients received L-OHP130mg/m 2d1,continue injection(CI) for 3 hours;CF100mg/d,d1-5,CI for 2 hours and 5-FU 500mg d1,500mg/d CI for 120 hours with mini-pump,q3w for 1 cycle.Results:The overall response rate was 54.5%,CR two cases,PR 10 cases.The response rate of gastric cancer and colon cancer was 53.3% and 57.1% respectively.The main side effects were myelosuppression (59.1%),and nonnasality catarrh and diarrhoea(54.5%).The obvious side effect was sensory neuritis,which was caused by L-OHP.Conclusion:L-OHP,CF and 5-FU civ chemotherapy regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced gastric/colon cancer,the toxicity is liable to be well tolerated.更多还原
