【摘要】 目的　分析首诊于眼科后确诊为糖尿病患者的眼部情况。方法　对38例(70只眼)以视力下降、眼红、眼胀、畏光流泪及复视等症状就诊的患者给予眼前节、眼后节、裂隙灯显微镜及血糖、尿糖检查。结果　38例患者均为 型糖尿病。70只眼中4 2只眼有不同形态、不同程度的晶状体混浊,占6 0 .0 % ;12只眼诊断为葡萄膜炎,占17.1% ;眼外肌麻痹3只眼,占4 .2 % ;视网膜病变4只眼,占5 .7% ;视神经病变1只眼,占1.4 % ;屈光异常8只眼,占11.4 %。结论　糖尿病常因眼部并发症而首诊于眼科,临床工作中应加以重视,以免延误治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the pathological changes and manifestations in the eyes of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 38 cases (70 eyes) with visual deterioration, expand and hyperaemia of eyes, photophobia ,lacrimation ,or diplopia were studied. The routine ophthalmological and slit lamp examinations and the detection of sugar in blood and urine were performed. Results All patients were diagnosed with type 2 DM. Among them, forty-two lens cortex or posterior capsules were found muddy (60.0%). 12 eyes of them were diagnosed with uveitis(17.1%),3eyes with external ophthalmoplegia (4.2%), 4 eyes with retinopathy (5.7%), 8 eyes with ametropia (11.4%). Conclusion It is important to notice the symptoms of eyes of patients with DM.更多还原
