【摘要】 目的　探讨 L ASIK术后角膜瓣移位的临床特点及处理方法。方法　对我院 2 0 0 1年 7月至 2 0 0 3年12月行 (laser in situ keratomileusis,L ASIK)手术共 5 2 19例 (10 0 32只眼 )术后发生角膜瓣皱褶及移位 15例 (16只眼 )进行分析。结果　 L ASIK术后第 1天出现角膜瓣皱褶 2例 (2只眼 ) ,术后第 1天出现角膜瓣移位并瓣内折 10例 (11只眼 ) ,外伤所致 2例 (2只眼 ) ,1例半月复查发现角膜瓣皱褶原因不明。 15例 (16只眼 )均行角膜瓣重新复位 ,除 1例 (1只眼 )术后半月未达术前矫正视力外 ,其余均达到。结论　 L ASIK术中角膜过薄、过大、蒂部过小 ,易引起角膜瓣皱褶移位 ,及时发现、正确处理可达到术前理想矫正视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and treatment for dislocation after laser in situ keratomileusis flaps.Methods Analyzed 15 cases (16 eyes) with dislocation and fold of corneal flaps in 5129 case (10032 eyes) with LASIK operation.Results 2 case (2 eyes) with dislocation of corneal flaps and 10 case (11 eyes) with dislocation and fold of flaps were found at the first day after LASIK surgery.2 cases (2 eyes) of dislocation of corneal flaps were caused by trauma.1 case (1 eyes) with fold was found in the follow-up examination of half month with unknown reason.15 case (16 eyes) were performed reposition of corneal flaps.All patients got their preoperative corrected visual acuity except 1 eye of one case.Conclusion Too thin, too large corneal flaps and short pedicel can cause dislocation and fold of corneal flaps in postoperative LASIK patients. The visual acuity of those patients could reach the best pre-operative corrective visual acuity if these conditions were found in time and treated correctly.更多还原
