柴桂合剂对反复呼吸道感染患儿血浆促炎症细胞因子、IgG 亚类的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨柴桂合剂对反复呼吸道感染患儿(RRTI)血浆促炎症细胞因子(PIC)及 IgG 亚类的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附 试验(ELISA)检测 RRTI 患儿急性期和柴桂合剂治疗后血浆 IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α和 IgG 亚类等指标的变化,并与正常对照组比较,部分 指标间行直线相关分析。结果:RRTI 组急性期血浆 IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α、IgG1均值较正常对照组明显升高;IgG 亚类缺陷检出率为 33. 33%。柴桂合剂治疗后 RRTI 组血浆 IL-6、 TNF-α均值明显降低,但仍高于正常对照组;IL-8无显著变化;IgG1均值则较急性期明 显升高;IgG 亚类缺陷纠正率达78. 57%。结论:IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α在 RRTI 发病过程中可能起重要作用;柴桂合剂可能具有抑制 RRTI 患儿 PIC 产生和提高血浆 IgG1水平的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of Chaigui Heji(CGHJ)on plasma proinflammatory cytokines(PIC) and IgG subclasses in chil- dren with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI).Methods:Concentrations of IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α and IgG subclasses in acute period and after CGHJ treatment were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in children with RRTI,and were compared with control group.The linearity correltion analysis were used in partly indexes.Results:In acute period of RRTI,levels of IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α and IgG1 in plasma were significantly higher those of controls,The frequency of IgG subclasses deficiency were 33. 33% in RRTI.After CGHJ treatment,levels of IL-6、 TNF-α in RRTI were decreased but were still higher than those of controls.Level of IL-8 didnt change, concentration of IgG1 in creases.The rectify rate of IgG subclasses deficiency was 78. 57% in RRTI.Conclusion:IL-6、 IL-8、 TNF-α might play important roles in pathogensis of RRTI.CGHJ could have to restrain PIC produce and raise level of IgG1 in RRTI.
