【摘要】 目的：了解静脉输注流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)病毒中和抗体阳性血浆治疗乙脑的疗效。方法：对42例发病5 d 内的乙脑患儿入 院当日及次日各静脉给予1次乙脑病毒中和抗体阳性血浆，每次每公斤体重给予5ml，同时给予综合治疗；对照组38例患儿仅给予 综合治疗，对比两组患儿的退热时间、惊厥消失时间、有无并发症、有无恢复期症状、死亡人数及有无后遗症的发生。结果：治疗组比 对照组退热时间明显缩短，并发症及死亡人数显著减少。治疗3 d 后惊厥消失例数与对照组有显著差异，半年后复查有后遗症者治 疗组为0，对照组4例，有显著差异(P＜0． 05) 。结论：应用乙脑病毒中和抗体阳性血浆可显著改善乙脑患儿临床症状，加快病情恢复， 降低病死率及后遗症率，可作为治疗乙脑的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the efficacy of phleboclysis of encephalitis B virus neutralizing antibody positive plasma in patients with epi- demic encephalitis B.Methods:42 children with the onset of epidemic encephalitis B within 5 days,were treated with neutralizing antibody in the day and the next day when they were hospitalized,with the dose of 5ml·kg^-1 and time only given and at the same time,were given standard combination theraphy.In the comparison group,38 epidemic encephalitis B children were taken standard theraphy.The deferves- cence time convulsion disappearance time,complication convalescent stage,death and sequelae were compared.Results:The defervescence time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the comparison group,the rate of complication and death decreases obvi- ously.After 3 days of treatment,the amount of the convulsion disappearance were obviously difference,and after half a year,the number of sequelain was 0 in the treatment group,while in the control group were 4（p＜0． 05） .Conclusion:Encephalitis B virus neutralizing anti- body positive plasma can relieve epidemic encephalitis B children’s clinical symptoms,shorten recovery duration,which is a new way to cure encephahtis Binfection.更多还原
