【摘要】 目的:观察抗蛇毒血清和机械通气对神经毒毒蛇致呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:应用机械通气和抗蛇毒血清救治26例神经毒毒蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭患者。结果:神经毒毒蛇咬伤患者出现眼睑下垂,呼吸节律改变或呼吸困难时,及早予气管插管行机械通气和应用抗蛇毒血清,能有效地抢救蛇伤致呼吸衰竭患者生命。结论:机械通气辅助抗蛇毒血清是救治神经毒毒蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of mechanical ventilation plus antivenomous serum on RF(respiratory failure) patients bited by venomous snake. Methods: 26 RF patients bited by neurotoxic snake were treated by mechanical ventilation plus antivenomous serum. Results: Ptosis, change of respiratory rhythm and dyspnea appeared in the patients and execute mechanical ventilation plus antivenomous serum could rescue the patients effectively. Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation plus antivenomous serum is an effective therapy on RF patients bited by neurotoxic snake.更多还原
