【摘要】 目的探讨主动免疫疗法治疗复发性流产的临床监测指标及疗效。方法对2003年3月至12月进行主动免疫治疗的38例患者进行回顾性分析。结果34例妊娠成功,有效率89%。患者流式细胞术(FCM)封闭抗体CD4、CD8、CD3全部缺乏占68%(26/38),2项缺乏占21%(8/38),单一缺乏占10%(4/38),经免疫治疗后4例妊娠失败者为3项抗体全部缺乏。结论主动免疫疗法对复发性流产患者有较高的保胎成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical monitoring indexes and therapeutic effects of active immunotherapy in treating recurrent abortion.Methods Retrospective reviews of the clinical literature on 38 cases treated with active immunotherapy from March to December,2003 were made.Results 34 cases （89%） got successful pregnancy.68%（26/38） of the cases suffered from complete insufficiency of closed antibodies of CD₄,CD₈ and CD₃ according to the results of FCM.21%（8/38） showed insufficiency in 2 of the above indexes,single insufficiency accounted for 10%（4/38）.Immunotherapy failed in 4 cases,all of which were of complete insufficiency in all of indexes.Conclusion Active immunotherapy can improve the rate of pregnancy in cases of recurrent abortion.更多还原
