【摘要】 目的　研究三消丹的制备工艺及其质量控制标准。方法　采用超微粉碎法制备成胶囊 ,用双波长薄层扫描法测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果　胶囊剂每粒 0 .3g ,相当于原生药材2 .2 g。黄芪甲苷含量 >0 .2 85mg/ g ;加样回收率为 97.7%。 结论　三消丹组方合理 ,制备工艺可行 ,质量标准可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preparation and det er mination of Sanxiaodan.Methods Sanxiaodan capsules were made thro ugh ultraporphyrization and the content of methyastragalin was determined by dua l wave TLCS.Results Each capsule weighed 0.3g,corresponding to 2. 2g of crude drug in which the content of methyastragalin was more than 0.285mg/g ,and the recovery rate was 97.7%.Conclusion The combination of Sa nxiaodan is reasonable,the preparation is feasible,and the standard of quality d etermination is reliable.更多还原
