【摘要】 目的探讨Mckay术的改良及临床应用问题。方法采用再改良Mckay术治疗先天性马蹄内翻足42例(共58足),术前、术后常规摄足的正侧位X线平片,用自拟标准评估。结果优49足,良7足,一般2足。结论再改良Mckay术是矫正先天性马蹄内翻足的有效手术方法,其较之经典Mckay术损伤小、手术时间短而效果好、残留或复发畸形少,但要严格按手术指征选择病例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the improvement of Mckay technique and clinical application. Methods 58 feet in 42 children with congenital clubfoot CCF were treated by further improved Mckay technique. Routine anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of feet were performed before and after operation. The outcome of surgical treatment was assessed by a scoring system using ourself practice criterion. Results 49 feet were excellent 7 feet good 2 feet fair and no any one is poor. Conclusions These finding suggest that further improved Mckay technique is an effective method for correcting CCF. This method as compared with conventional Mckay technique reduces the risk of relapse less deformity relapse and shorten surgical timecould achieve better outcome so the patients should strictly be chosen according to the operation indications. 更多还原
