【摘要】 目的探讨尺骨骨软骨瘤所致前臂畸形的治疗方法与效果。方法对应用尺骨延长术治疗6例尺骨骨软骨瘤引起的前臂畸形进行回顾性分析讨论。结果6例尺骨分别延长3.0～4.5cm,脱位桡骨小头自行复位,手内翻和肘内翻畸形明显减轻,肘关节屈伸和前臂旋转功能亦有改善。结论尺骨延长术是治疗尺骨骨软骨瘤所致前臂畸形的一种简单有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore therapeutic method and effect of forearm deformity due to ulnar chondrosteoma. Methods Efficacy of 6 cases with forearm deformity due to ulnar chondrosteoma by using ulnar extension operation were reviewed and discussed. Results Forearms of 6 cases extended 3.0-4.5 cm respectively dislocation of radius small head was self spontaneous reducteddeformities of hand varus and cubitusvarus were all remarkable alleviated. At the same timecubital joint flection and forearm rotation function were improved too. Conclusions Ulnar extension operation is a simpleeffective method for treatment of forearm deformity due to ulnar chondrosteoma in clinic. 更多还原
