【摘要】 目的探讨致康胶囊溶液内镜下治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法对我院消化性溃疡出血患者94例观察治疗。本研究治疗组在内镜确诊的同时,应用致康胶囊溶液于病灶处局部加压喷注治疗。治疗组用生理盐水、致康胶囊溶液。对照组应用生理盐水、去甲肾上腺素内镜下治疗。结果治疗组:47例,即刻止血39例,无效8例,总有效率82.98%,止血后复发17.95%;对照组:47例,即刻止血24例,无效23例,总有效率51.06%,止血后复发41.67%。结论本研究在内镜确诊的同时,应用致康胶囊溶液于病灶处局部喷注治疗,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。治疗后在再出血复发方面,治疗组发生率低于对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the result of zhikang capsules liquid treated peptic ulcer hemorrhage with endoscopy.Methods We divided 94 peptic ulcer hemorrhage patients of our hospital remedy.To the remedy group,after corroborating the disease by the endoscopy,we used the liquid,which is confected 0.9% sodium chloride injection,zhikang capsule to spray to pressure remedy partly.To the compare group,we used the liquid which is confected 0.9% sodium chloride injection,levarterenol bitartrate.Results There were 47 patients in the remedy group.39 patients were physic,8 patients were inefficacy.The overall effective rate was 82.98%,hemorrhage relapse 17.95%.There were 47 patients in the compare group,24 patients were physic,23 patients were inefficacy.The overall effective rate is 51.06%,hemorrhage relapse 41.67%.Conclusion This research used zhikang capsule liquid to spray remedy the peptic ulcer hemorrhage partly,after the disease by the endoscopy.The remedy group wes a notabler therapy result than the compare group.The hemorrhage relapse of remedy group wes lower than the compare group.更多还原
