可塑型钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折

【摘要】 目的评价切开复位加可塑型钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法自2001年7月至2003年2月,共收治跟骨关节内骨折24例28侧。按Sander分型,Ⅱ型5侧,Ⅲ型15侧,Ⅳ型8侧。通过手术使跟距关节面解剖复位,B hler角和Gissane角恢复正常,用跟骨可塑型钛钢板固定。结果20例24侧获随访,随访时间6~22个月,平均15个月。按Maryland足部评分系统评估术后功能,本组24侧骨折中,优12侧,良10侧,可2侧,优良率为91.6%。结论切开复位加可塑型钛钢板内固定,是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的一种好的选择。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate to treat intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Methods From July 2001 to Feb.2003,24 cases(28 sides) of intra-articular calcaneal fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation.According to Sander’s classification,5 sides were type Ⅱ,15 sides were type Ⅲ and 8 sides were type VI.The posterior subtalar facet was reduced anatomically,and Bhler’s angle and Gissance’s angle were reserved.The plastic titanic alloy plates were used in all cases.Results Twenty-four sides in 20 cases were followed up for 15 months(6~22 months) and evaluated by Maryland Foot Score System.The hindfoot functions were excellent in 12 sides,good in 10 sides and fair in 2 sides.The total excellent and good rate was 91.6%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate is a better choice to treat intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
