【摘要】 目的总结痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(PPH)治疗重度痔的临床经验。方法回顾性分析我院2001年5月至2004年12月PPH治疗重度痔510例患者的临床资料。结果510例患者平均手术时间12 min。508例临床效果良好,2例效果欠佳,表现为痔块回缩不明显。术后并发症主要为肛门疼痛30例,肛门坠胀100例,大便带血90例,暂时性排便感觉异常5例,吻合口肉芽肿1例。结论PPH治疗重度痔疗效肯定,并发症少,患者康复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical experiment of PPH on treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods PPH was used in the therapy of 510 cases of severe hemorrhoids from May.2001 to Dec.2004 and clinical data was retrospectively analysised.Results Operation time of all cases was 12 min for average;The clinical effects of 508 cases were fine;2 cases were not good for the hemorrhoids;The complications after operation were anus pain(30 cases),anus bleated(100 cases),hematochezia(90 cases),temporary incontinence of stool(5 cases),stoma granulomatous(1 case).Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective treatment for severe hemorrhoids with the advantages of less complications and quicker recovery.更多还原
