【摘要】 目的总结肾动静脉瘘的诊治经验,提高肾动静脉瘘的诊治效果。方法回顾性分析我院19例肾动静脉瘘患者诊治的临床资料。结果19例肾动静脉瘘患者经肾动脉造影明确诊断,并行超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗,全部治愈。随访5个月至3年,无症状复发。结论选择性肾动脉造影和栓塞术是诊治肾动静脉瘘的重要方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up the diagnosis and treatment of intrarenal arteriovenous fistula,and to upgrade the diagnostic and therapeutic efficacy.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 19 cases of intrarenal arteriovenous fistula were analyzed retrospectively.Results The diagnosis of renal arteriovenous fistula was accurately made on renal arteriography,and the treatment of superselective renal arterial embolization was carried out.After treatment,19 cases were all cured.During the follow-up of 5-36 months,no recurrence occurred in 19 cases.Conclusion Superselective renal arteriography and embolization is believed the best diagnostic and treatment method for renal arteriovenous fistula.更多还原
