【摘要】 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的预防及治疗。方法:回顾性总结分析本院从2001年7月至2005年4月行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病例,共计1300例。分析手术引起的各种近期并发症,如胆管损伤,胆漏,胆囊动脉出血等。结果:胆管损伤4例,胆漏3例,胆囊动脉出血转开腹止血1例。结论:规范的手术操作,充分暴露、钝性分离、准确识别胆囊壶腹和胆囊管交界部,适时把握中转开腹时机可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the prevention and treatment of complications following laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods: The clinical data of 1300 patients receiving LC from July 2001 to April 2005 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for intraoperative complications such as bile duct injuries,bile leakage,intraabdominal hemorrhage.Results:Operative complication:4 cases of bile duct injuries(0.31%),3 cases of bile leakage(0.23%),1 case of intraabdominal hemorrhage(0.07%).Conclusion:The important procedures to prevent and reduce the complications are to fully expose the operative field,perform blunt isolation,correctly identify the board between ampulla of gallbladder and cystic duct,transfer to open cholecystomy timely during operation.更多还原
