【摘要】 目的:探讨B型钠尿肽(BNP)的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院原发性高血压患者41例,心衰患者32例,心肌梗塞患者17例,正常对照组20例。采用IRMA法测定血浆BNP浓度。结果:高血压组血浆BNP为(105±198)pg/mL,心衰组BNP为(375±310)pg/mL,梗痛组BNP为(176±235)pg/mL,正常组BNP为(11.3±6.4)pg/mL。三组与正常对照比较P<0.01,差异均有统计学意义。结论:BNP是反映早期心功能受损的敏感指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical application of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods: One hundred ten subjects,including 41 patients with hypertension,32 with heart failure,17 with angina pectoris and 20 healthy controls were examined.The plasma BNP were measured by IRMA.Results: The value of BNP in hypertension,heart failure,heart infarct,and healthy controls were 105±198 pg/mL,375±310 pg/mL,176±235 pg/mL,and 11.3±6.4 pg/mL,respectively.All data in the three groups of hypertension,heart failure,heart infarct showed significant differences from that in healthy controls P<0.01.Conclusion:BNP is a sensitive index of heart function deficiency at early stage.更多还原
