【摘要】 目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤病人早期肠内营养的营养支持及预防应激性溃疡的观察及护理。方法:对86例重型颅脑损伤病人,早期进行肠内营养支持,并对每例病人的胃液、粪便进行不同时间段的隐血情况监测。结果:86例病人中发生消化道出血11例。结论:早期肠内营养支持对重型颅脑损伤病人应激性溃疡的发生、改善营养及促进病人康复有一定的预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the prevention of stress ulcers in patients with severe cranium brain hurts(HCBH) by intestinal nutrition.Methods: Eighty-six patients with HCBH underwent earlier period proceeds of nourishment inside the bowel supports.The patients’ stomach liquid and excrement were collected and examined for the hidden blood circumstance of the segment monitors.Results:In 86 patients there were 11 showed bleeding in digestive tracts.Conclusion:The earlier period nourishment inside the bowel for HCBH would prevent the patients from stress ulcers and promote recover of the patient from illness certainly.更多还原
