【摘要】 目的:提高基层医院对闭合性胰腺损伤的诊治水平。方法:回顾性总结分析两所医院十年间收治的52例闭合性胰腺损伤的临床资料。总结分析闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗情况。结果:52例中,47例合并有其它器官损伤;术前明确诊断的仅15例,占29%;死亡11例,病死率21%;发生胰瘘等并发症13例。结论:胰腺损伤的合并伤多,早期诊断率低,诊断的关键是剖腹探查。早期诊断、合理的手术方式是治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the diagnoses and therapy of closed pancreatic injuries in the basic hospital. Methods: Fifty-two cases of closed pancreatic injury in two hospital in the past ten-year were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Forty-seven of them had multiple organ trauma; There were definite diagnosis preoperatively in 15 cases with rate of diagnosis of 29%; 11 cases died (21%); 13 patients were complicated with pseudocyst and so on. Conclusion: The combined injury incidence was high and early confirmed diagnosis rate was low in patient with pancreatic injury. Exploratory laparotomy is the key for diagnosis; The early confirmed diagnosis and proper opration should be the key in successful theatment.更多还原
