【摘要】 目的探讨高校扩招后高考学生的心理健康状况。方法对2004年高考文科生139名、理科生201名采用“症状自评量表”和“影响考生心理健康因素问卷”于高考前4mo进行测试,并与全国常模及高考扩招前比较。结果文、理科考生除阳性症状均分外,各因子分均显著高于常模(P<0.01);理科生总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分及强迫、人际关系、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分均高于文科生(P<0.05,0.01);文、理科考生阳性项目数及文科生的人际关系、恐怖因子,理科生的强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分较扩招前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。影响考生心理健康的因素,理科生高考应激承受能力差于文科生。结论高考扩招后文、理科考生心理健康水平较扩招前高,但仍低于国内常模。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health condition of the students joined college entrance examinations after expanding student enrolment. Methods Investigations were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90） and Questionnaire for Factors Affecting Mental Health of Students in the 4^th month before entrance in 139 students of liberal arts and 201 ones of science who joined college entrance examinations in 2004, and compared with national norm and pre-expanding. Results Except mean score of positive symptom, scores of all factors of all students were higher than those of norm（P<0.01）; psycho-problems were more in the students of science than in ones of liberal arts（P<0.05,0.01）; psycho-problems of all the students more significantly abased than ones of pre-expanding did（P<0.05 or 0.01）. Stress bearing was poorer in the students of science than in ones of liberal arts. Conclusion After expanding student enrolment, mental health of the students improved, but was still poorer than that of national norm.更多还原
