【摘要】 目的探讨西沙必利联合抗抑郁药多塞平治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法将98例功能性消化不良患者随机分为试验组48例和对照组50例。试验组给予西沙必利15mg·d-1·Tid·Po·饭前30min,多塞平25mg·d-1·Po·睡前;对照组单用西沙必利治疗。疗程均为8w。分别于治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8w末进行疗效评价。结果试验组治疗2、8w末总有效率分别为33%和79%。对照组治疗2、8w末总有效率分别为22%和36%,两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论西沙必利联合多塞平治疗功能性消化不良具有良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore efficacy and safety of cisapride combined with doxepin in functional dyspepsia. Methods 98 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into experimental(n=48) and control(n=50) group. The former orally took cisapride 15mg/d Tid 30 minutes before meals and doxepin 25mg/d before sleep, and the latter did single cisapride for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed before treatment and at the ends of 2nd,4 th ,6 th and 8 th week during treatment. Results At the ends of 2nd and 8 th week, total rates were 33% and 79% of the experimental and 22% and 36% of the control group respectively, difference was the most significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of cisapride and doxepin has satisfactory efficacy in functional dyspepsia.更多还原
