【摘要】 目的探讨强迫症患者的人格特征以及不同临床特点对强迫症患者人格的影响。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格测定问卷对54例强迫症患者和43例正常人进行测评比较。结果男性强迫症组疑病、抑郁、癔病、精神病态、男子气-女子气、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂因子分均显著高于正常对照组;女性强迫症组疑病、抑郁、癔病、精神病态、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂以及社会内向因子分均显著高于正常对照组;除男子气-女子气分外,男女强迫症患者的明尼苏达多相人格量表其它因子分无显著性差异;有无合并症状的强迫症患者明尼苏达多相人格各因子分无显著性差异。结论人格特征异常可能是强迫症的易感因子,但强迫症患者的人格特征与性别和合并症状无明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the personality characteristics of obsessive-compulsive disorder( OCD), and the relationship between different clinical features and the personality of OCD patients. Methods 54 OCD patients and 43 normal controls were assessed and compared with the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI). Results The scores of Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Mf,M, Pa and Pt of male patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls; the scores of Hs, D, Hy, Pd, Mf, Pa, Pt, Sc and Si of female patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls; except M, there were no significant differences in other factors between the male and female patients; there was no significant differences in MMPI scores between the patients with and without other symptoms. Conclusion Abnormities of personality characteristics may be susceptible to the OCD, but the personality characteristics of the OCD have no significant correlation with sexuality and accompanied symptoms.更多还原
