【摘要】 目的　研究24h动态脑电图(AEEG)在癫的诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法　对761例临床拟诊为癫及1 327例可疑癫疒间患者的AEEG资料进行回顾性分析。结果　两组AEEG与常规脑电图检查疒间样放电检出率比较差异有极显著性(均P<0 .005)。230例患者通过AEEG监测证实为癫发作。93例患者AEEG监测后发作类型得到了修正。结论　AEEG有助于癫疒间的诊断及鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of ambulatory electroencephalography (AEEG) monitoring in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy.Methods 24-hour AEEG in 761 patients with epilepsy and 1327 patients with paroxysmal disorder was analyzed retrospectively.Results The positive finding of epileptiform discharge by AEEG was obviously higher than routine EEG (all P<0.005). 230 patients were confirmed as epilepsy via AEEG. Classification was different from the origin in 93 patients who had been regarded as epilepsy. Conclusion AEEG is an effective method both in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy.更多还原
