【摘要】 目的:评价脉冲染料激光治疗血管角皮瘤的疗效。方法:采用585nm脉冲染料激光治疗11例血管角皮瘤患者。结果:痊愈5例(45.45%),显效4例(36.36%);有效2例(18.18%),有效率为81.81%,治疗1次有效率为54.55%。仅1例患者治疗部位出现色素减退。结论:585nm脉冲染料激光治疗血管角皮瘤安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of flashlamp-pumped dye laser for angiokeratoma. Methods: 11 cases of angiokeratoma, from 6 to 49-year-old, were treated with the flashlamp-pumped dye laser at 585 nm. Results: Eleven patients were evaluated after treatment. All the patients were treated for 1-4 times. The number of cases treated by 1,2 and 4 times was 8, 1 and 2, respectively. Among the patients, the clinical efficacy was as follows: fully recovery (5 cases), significant improvement (4 cases), moderate improvement (2 cases) and no change or mild improvement (0 case). The total rate of significant improvement was 81.8%, while the improvement rate after 1 treatment was 54.54%. Hypopigmentation was found in 1 patient,but neither hyperpigmentation nor scar was found. Conclusion: The clinical data demonstrate the treatment of flashlamp-pumped dye laser is a safe and effective method for angiokeratoma.更多还原
