【摘要】 报告1例寻常型天疱疮患者娩出天疱疮患儿。患者女,33岁。妊娠4个月时口腔、外阴黏膜反复出现糜烂,嗣后躯干、四肢陆续出现水疱,水疱破溃后形成不易愈合的糜烂面。皮损经组织病理、免疫病理检查,诊断为寻常型天疱疮。经糖皮质激素等药物治疗后皮损痊愈。治疗中患者早产娩出一女婴,也患有天疱疮,该新生儿未经治疗7d后皮损自愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 33-year-old pregnant woman presented with erosions of mucous membranes in mouth and vulvae in the fourth month of pregnancy. Then extensive, generalized bullae developed, and the bullae soon ruptured to form erosions. The diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris was confirmed by clinical, histological and immunofluorescent evidences. The skin lesions resolved by using prednisone, and was delivered of a premature neonate with pemphigus who healed within 7 days without treatment.更多还原
