【摘要】 目的:探讨治疗多发深层肾裂伤的有效方法。方法:对11例多发深层肾裂伤患者,采用可吸收聚羟基乳酸网包裹肾脏治疗(网包组),并与肾修补法治疗的 7 例(修补组)进行对比。结果:网包组 11 例术后无并发症发生;随访10个月至2年,IVU排泄功能良好,B超检查形态正常,无肾性高血压发生。修补组 6 例治愈;3 例出现并发症,改网包法治愈 2 例,保守疗法治愈 1 例。结论:可吸收聚羟基乳酸网包裹肾脏是修复多发深层肾裂伤的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the method of repair of lacerated kidneys.Methods:The technique has been applied to 11 cases of lacerated kidneys.Results:no-complication occurred after operation and the patients have been followed up for 10 months to 2 years. The blood pressure 、IVU and B-supersonic were normal.Conclusions:Wrapping the kidney with a Vicryl mesh is feasible for repair of lacerated kidneys.更多还原
