【摘要】 目的　探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)间的关系,并分析影响SLE患者Hcy的代谢因素。方法　60例SLE患者和正常对照组45例,测定并分析血浆Hcy水平与叶酸、维生素B12、IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)各指标之间的关系。结果　(1)SLE组血浆Hcy、IgG、IgA、IgM、CRP、ESR水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0. 05);叶酸、维生素B12、C3、C4 均显著低于正常对照组(P<0. 05 )。( 2 )SLE组患者Hcy与IgG、IgA、IgM、CRP呈正相关,与叶酸、维生素B12、C3、C4 水平呈负相关(P<0. 05),与ESR无相关性。(3)正常组血浆Hcy浓度与各指标无相关性。结论　Hcy水平升高与SLE密切相关,SLE患者普遍有高Hcy血症,血浆Hcy的检测对于SLE病人有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and plasma homocysteine(Hcy) and analyze metabolism factors of Hcy in SLE.Methods 60 SLE patients were enrolled as SLE group and 45 normal subjects as control group.The relations between Hcy and plasma folic acids,Vitamin B 12 levels,IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3,C 4,CRP,ESR were analyzed.Results (1) The level of Hcy,IgG,IgA,IgM,CRP and ESR in the patients with SLE were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The level of folic acids,Vitamin B 12,C 3 and C 4 in the patients with SLE were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).(2) The Hcy level in SLE patients were positively related to IgG,IgA,IgM and CRP levels,and were negatively related to plasma folic acids,Vitamin B 12,C 3 and C 4 levels(P< 0.05),and was no relation to ESR level. (3) There were no relations between Hcy and these factors in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Plasma Hcy level was elevated in patients with SLE.Clinical significance was found in the detection of plasma Hcy in SLE patients.更多还原
