【摘要】 目的　研究粘着斑激酶(FAK)和磷酸化粘着斑激酶(phospho FAK,Tyr397)在结肠癌中的表达水平及其与侵袭和转移的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学S P法检测 45例结肠癌和对应癌旁组织的FAK和磷酸化FAK(Tyr397)的表达。结果　癌与癌旁组织FAK表达率分别为82. 22%(37 /45)和 28. 89% (13 /45),磷酸化FAK(Tyr397)表达率分别为 66. 78% (30 /45)和 26. 78% (12 /45),两者比较差异有显著性(P值均<0. 01)。癌组织中FAK表达率在分化程度 (P<0. 05)、浸润深度(P<0. 01)和淋巴结转移(P<0. 05)中有显著性差异,磷酸化FAK(Tyr397)在分化程度 (P<0. 01)、浸润深度(P<0. 05 )和淋巴结转移 (P<0. 01 )中也有显著性差异,FAK和磷酸化FAK(Tyr397)在年龄(P>0. 05)、性别(P>0. 05)及远处转移(P>0. 05)中差异无显著性。结论　结肠癌中FAK和磷酸化FAK(Tyr397)的表达水平明显升高,与分化程度、浸润、淋巴结转移相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the correlation of FAK and phosphor-FAK (Tyr397) expression level with invasion/metastasis and differentiation in colon carcinoma.Methods Expressions of FAK and phospho-FAK (Tyr397) in cancer tissue and in counterpart resection margin of specimens from 45 patients with colon cancer were examined by immunohistochemical (S-P) method.Results The rate of overexpression of FAK was 82.22% (37/45) in the cancer tissue,and 28.89% (13/45) in the resection margin,whose difference was significant(P<0.01).The rate of overexpression of phospho-FAK (Tyr397) was 66.78% (30/45) in the cancer tissue,and 26.78% (12/45) in the resection margin,whose difference was significant too(P<0.01).A significant correlations of both of FAK and phospho-FAK (Tyr397) overexpression with differentiation(P<0.01),depth of tumour invasion(P<0.05) and lymphode metastases(P<0.05) were found.However,no significant associations of both of FAK and phospho-FAK (Tyr397) with age(P>0.05),sex(P>0.05),or presence of distant metastasis(P>0.05) were observed.Conclusion FAK and phospho-FAK (Tyr397) were overexpressed in colon carcinoma.FAK expression was correlated with differentiation,and FAK and phospho-FAK (Tyr397) overexpression can accelerate invasion and lymphode metastasis of the colon carcinoma.更多还原
