【摘要】 目的　研究中年男性秃顶人群中胰岛素抵抗与糖尿病危险因素聚集的关系。方法 　秃顶组286例,对照组271例,测定两组的体重指数(BMI)、血压(BP)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇(HDL C)、血糖(PG)、胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA IR)等 项目。结果　秃顶组中的BMI、BP、TC、TG、PG、INS、HOMA IR值均显著高于对照组,HDL C显著 降低。秃顶组的危险因素发生频率高于对照组;危险因素聚集程度与胰岛素抵抗性呈正相关。 结论　秃顶人群存在着胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病危险因素及在单一个体中高度聚集且与秃顶密切相关 共存。“秃顶”是胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze phenomena of the accumulation of dangerous elements in insulin resistance and diabetic diseases of middle-aged bald male patients of Han nationality,and their relationship.Methods The guinea-pigs include: bald patients group with286 patients and contrast group with 271 non-bald patients.Test and measure elements relevant to insulin resistance and diabetic diseases including: weight (BMI),blood pressure(BP),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),Plasma glucose(PG),insulin(INS) and insulin-resistance index (HOMA-IR). Results BMI,BP,TC,TG,PG,INS and HOMA-IR of the bald patients group are higher than those of the contrast group.The frequency of the occurrences of dangerous elements of diabetic diseases in the bald patients group is higher than that of the contrast group.Conclusions Dangerous elements in bald patients such as insulin resistance and dangerous diabetic elements in individual bald patient are closely relevant to baldness.Baldness can be treated as dangerous elements of diabetic diseases.更多还原
