【摘要】 目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞皮生长因子(bFGF)治疗RAU的疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照试验,以创面愈合时间及疼痛消失时间为考察指标,将64例RAU患者随机分为2组,治疗组3 0例,用bFGF治疗,对照组3 4例,用桂林西瓜霜喷剂治疗。记录溃疡愈合时间和疼痛消失时间。结果:治疗组愈合时间为(4 .0 8±1.3 6)d ,对照组为(7.81±1.47)d ,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组和对照组疼痛消失时间分别为(3 .48±1.84)d和(6.67±2 .3 1)d ,两组间有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗口腔溃疡有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bFGF for the treatment of RAU .Method:A randomized controlled trial was adopted .64 patients were divided into the test group(n=30) to receive bFGF and the control group (n=34) to receive GuiLinXiGuShuang until the retoration of oral ulcer. The healing time of oral ulcer wound and the ache disappear time were recorded.Result: The healing time of test group and the control group were (4.08±1.36)dand (7.81±1.47)d,respectively(P<0.01). The Ache disappear time of the two group were (3.48±1.84)dand ( 6.67±2.31 )d, respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:bFGF can promote the restoration of oral ulcer effectly .更多还原
