【摘要】 目的:观察安氏Ⅱ1错经非拔牙固定和功能矫治后,采用改良Hawley’s保持器保持颌位矢向稳定性的临床效果。方法:20例安氏Ⅱ1下颌后缩型非拔牙矫治病例,随机分为二组,每组10例,矫治后分别采用普通Hawley’s保持器和改良Hawlwy’s保持器保持,3年后观察颌位在矢状向的稳定性。结果:普通Hawley’s保持器组的SNB0、ANB0、Overjet(mm)、1NB0、1NB0(mm)、Ptm6(mm)在矫治前与矫治结束时、矫治结束时和保持3年后相比有均显著差异(P<0.01)。改良Hawlwy’s保持器组SNB0、ANB0、Overjet(mm)、1NB0、Ptm6(mm)在矫治前和矫治结束时相比有显著差异(P<0.01),矫治结束时与保持3年后无显著差异(P>0.01)。结论:改良Hawleys保持器较普通Hawley’s保持器能更好地保持颌位在矢状向的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effect of modified Hawleyretaine on the stability of occlusion in Angle Ⅱ~1 malocclusion after orthodontic treatment.Method: 20 cases of Angle Ⅱ~1 malocclusion with mandible retrusion after orthodontic treatment were random divided into two groups: traditional Hawley retaine and modified Hawley retaine.The stability of occlusion was observed after 3 years .Result:SNB~0?ANB~0?Overjet(mm)?1-NB~0?1-NB~0 (mm)?Ptm-6 (mm) in traditional Hawley retaine group had significant difference between treatment before and post treatment meanwhile between post treatment and 3-year-retaining (P<0.01).SNB~0?ANB~0?Overjet(mm)?1-NB~0?1-NB~0 (mm)?Ptm-6 (mm) in modified Hawley retaine group had significant difference between treatment before and post-treatment closing (P<(0.01)),while had no significant difference between post treatment and 3-year-retaining (P>0.05).Conclusion: The modified Hawley retaine is better than traditional Hawley retaine in the effect of occlusional stability retaining.更多还原
