【摘要】 目的:观察人字型唇弓在方丝弓矫治技术中的临床效果。方法:将人字型唇弓应用于5 8例前牙前突、拥挤及深覆牙合患者,分析人字型唇弓的适应症,矫治器的设计及应用,并对矫治前后X线头影测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:上切牙被压低1.43mm ,下切牙被压低2 .5 9mm ,上磨牙有1.0 7mm的伸长,下磨牙有1.41mm的伸长。前磨牙前倾、尖牙后倾的趋势得到纠正,前后牙牙轴得到有效的控制,矫治后可获得良好的牙合关系。结论:人字型唇弓能有效地纠正和预防前磨牙前倾、尖牙后倾并可有效地打开咬合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effects of gable arch wire in Edgewise technique.Method:58 patients with protrusion, crowding and deep bite were treated by gable arch wire and the effects, indications and designs of gable arch were evaluated. The lateral cephalometric X-ray films were taken before and after treatment for every patient, then the analysis was made.Result:The distance of the upper incisor intrusion was 1.43 mm , the distance of the lower incisor intrusion was 2.59 mm ,the distance of upper molar extrusion was 1.07 mm,the distance of the lower molar extrusion was 1.41 mm. Mesial tipping of bicupid and distal tipping of canine were crrected, the occlusion was perfect after treatment.Conclusion: Gable arch wire can avoid and correct mesial inclination of premolar and distal inclination of canine and level the arch efficiently.更多还原
