【摘要】 目的:探讨细胞内透明质酸结合受体(RHAMM )基因在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法:选取14例口腔高分化鳞癌和4例口腔中分化鳞癌,并取自身的癌旁黏膜和正常口腔黏膜作对照。采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT PCR)技术分别检测上述标本RHAMM的mRNA相对含量。结果:RHAMM基因在口腔高分化鳞癌的癌组织、癌旁黏膜及正常黏膜中都有不同程度的表达,其中癌组织表达量高于正常黏膜和癌旁黏膜(P <0 .0 5 ) ,正常黏膜和癌旁黏膜比较,无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论:RHAMM基因可能参与了口腔鳞癌的形成、进展和转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression levels of RHAMM in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) tissues as well as in the paracancerous mucous(P) and nomal mucous(N) of the patient with OSCC,and to investigate whether this gene played a role in the pathogenesis of OSCC.Method: Expression of RHAMM messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) was evaluated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 14 cases oral well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma(wdSCC) and 4 cases middle differentiated squamous cell carcinoma(mdSCC).Result:Tumor tissue of wdSCC expressed higher level of RHAMM mRNA than the corresponding normal mucous and paracancerrous mocous (P < 0.05). Furthermore,the expression of RHAMM had no difference between paracancerrous mocous and nomal mucous of mdSCC (P>0.05); In mdSCC,there were 2 cases which expressed a significantly higher level of RHAMM in the tumor tissue than the corresponding normal tissue and paracancerrous mocous.Conclusion:The expression of RHAMM gene upexpressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues, high expression of RHAMM may associated with tumorgenesis and metastasis of OSCC.更多还原
