【摘要】 目的 研究树状DNA杂交 (DDH)技术在戊型肝炎病毒 (HEV)检测中的应用。方法 以逆转录巢式PCR法 (RT nPCR)检测筛选HEV阳性标本 ,逆转录产物进行DDH。研究DDH技术检测HEV病毒的敏感性和通用性。结果  2 5份HEV阳性标本的逆转录产物DDH检测均显阳性 ,HEV 5个不同基因型和亚型逆转录产物DDH检测也呈阳性。结论 RT DDH检测HEV病毒有较好的敏感性和通用性

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of dendrimer DNA hybridization (DDH) technology in HEV detection.Methods The positive HEV samples were identified by RT-nPCR.The reverse transcription (RT) products were detected by DDH,and the sensitivity and universality of DDH in HEV detection were studied.Result The RT products of 25 positive HEV samples were all positive by DDH detection.The RT products of 5 positive HEV samples with different genotypes and subtypes were also positive by DDH detection.Conclusion DDH technology showed relatively high sensitivity and universality in HEV detection and may provide a new method for the detection of pathogenic organism in the middle or small laboratories and primary hospitals.
