【摘要】 目的:探讨影响精神科住院患者自动出院的原因和有关因素。　方法:对84 3例住院患者进行问卷调查,分析患者自动出院的原因及其影响因素。　结果:自动出院者2 39例,Logistic回归分析显示:病区模式、性别、年龄、家属文化程度、费用负担、求医途径及患者家庭收入是患者自动出院的影响因素。经济困难是导致自动出院的最主要原因。　结论:加强精神疾病知识的宣传教育,减轻疾病负担,是降低精神疾病未治率和提高治疗有效率的积极措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influencing factors a nd causes of psychiatric inpatients who discharged voluntarily from mental hospi tal. Method:843 psychiatric inpatients were investigated by que stionnaire and analyzed the influencing factors of discharge. Results: 239 patients discharged from hospital voluntarily.Logistic regression an alysis showed that management model of the ward, gender,age,education level of f amily members,economic burden,the way of seeing a doctor and household income we re probably associated with patients’ leaving hospital.Among them,economic diffi culty is the first cause of discharging from hospital. Conclusion: It is suggested that improving the patients’ cognition about mental health an d alleviating the economic burden of disease be the active measures to increase the patients’ compliance and the efficient rate of treatment.更多还原
