【摘要】 目的观察手法挤压排尿在帮助截瘫患者恢复膀胱功能中的临床效果。方法前瞻性地对68例截瘫患者的膀胱区行手法挤压,并以既往的55例截瘫病例作为对照,比较其导尿管留置时间、泌尿系感染的发生率。结果手法挤压后,截瘫患者的导尿管留置时间明显缩短,其中不完全性截瘫的泌尿系感染发生率明显降低,但完全性截瘫的泌尿系感染发生率与对照组比较,无统计学差异。结论在截瘫护理中,应用手法挤压排尿,有利于膀胱功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Crede’s method (manual press and massage on the bladder region) for recovery of the urination function in patients with paraplegia.Methods During the rehabilitation nursing,we used the Crede’s method in 68 cases as study group and the previous 56 patients with paraplegia were acted as control group.We studied the times of the indwelling catheter and the incidences of urinary tract infection prospectively. Results The times of indwelling catheter and the incidences of the urinary tract infection were reduced significantly in the patients with incomplete paraplesia but which there were no statistical difference in the patients with complete paraplegia between the both groups.Conclusion Crede’s method is beneficial for the recovery of the urination function early.更多还原
