磷酸法制备酸水解木质素粉状活性炭的工艺研究
STUDY ON PREPARATION OF POWDER ACTIVATED CARBON FROM ACID-HYDROLYSIS LIGNIN WITH H3PO4 ACTIVATION
【摘要】 以酸水解木质素为原料,以磷酸为活化剂,采用特殊的预处理方法,制备出了吸附性能较高的粉状活性炭。用正交试验法得到了优化的预处理工艺:纯磷酸与酸木质素的质量比为2.2∶1,预处理温度为140℃,预处理时间为9h。在此条件下制得的样品吸附性能为:亚甲基蓝吸附值达到225mg/g,A法焦糖脱色率达到110%。
【Abstract】 With a special pretreatment of mixture of acid-hydrolysis lignin and H3PO4, high adsorptivity powder (activated) carbon was made. Suitable technology of pretreatment was studied by orthogonal tests, and finally optimum conditions are obtained as: mass ratio of phosphoric acid and the lignin is 2.21, temperature and time of pretreatment are 140and 9h, respectively. Properties of the product are: methylene blue 225mg/g; decolorization of (caramel) A 110%.
