间歇真空精馏提纯桉叶油的研究

【摘要】 采用真空间歇精馏技术对桉叶油粗品进行分离研究,考察了桉叶油的热敏性,确定了安全的操作温度范围和适宜的操作策略。实验结果表明:采用变回流比操作,操作压力不超过5.0kPa,釜温低于120℃,得到的产品浓度和收率分别达到99.0%和67.1%以上。应用化工过程动态模拟软件Hysys Plant 2.2对实验过程进行了模拟,采用恒塔顶浓度和变回流比控制策略,模拟结果与实验结果相一致,对实际生产过程具有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 The experimental study for purification of 1,8-Cineol by vacuum batch distillation as well as the heat sensitivity of the product was carried out. Experiment results showed the optimal operation conditions for purification of 1,8-Cineol were the pressure of operation system is less than 5.0kPa and temperature of the reboiler is less than 120℃ with variable reflux. The concentration and average yield of the product were up to 99.0% and 67.1 % respectively. The experimental study was simulated by Hysis Plant 2.2, which could give some suggestion for the fractionation of Eucalyputs oil.
