【摘要】 目的探讨克氏针张力带内固定配合U型石膏治疗P ilon骨折的临床疗效。方法采用克氏针张力带内固定配合U型石膏治疗P ilon骨折27例。根据AO分型,C1型4例,C2型19例,C3型4例。按Helfet评价标准进行疗效评价。结果全部病例获得随访,时间5~36个月,平均13个月。骨折愈合时间9~13周。踝关节功能评分:优20例,良6例,差1例。结论克氏针张力带内固定配合U型石膏治疗P ilon骨折优良率高,并发症少,手术简单。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the treatment of Pilon fracture with K-wire tension band internal fixation and U-shaped plaster splinting.Methods 27 cases of Pilon fractures were treated with K-wire tension band internal fixation and U-shaped plaster splinting.According to AO classification,they were all type C fractures,which were C1 4 cases,C2 19,and C3 4.The effects were evaluated with Helfet standard.Results All cases were followed up for 5~36 months,13 on average.The fracture healing time was 9~13 weeks.The functions of ankle were excellent in 20 cases,good in 6 and poor in 1.Conclusions It can provide good results and less complications and requires simple manipulation in the treatment of Pilon fracture with K-wire tension band internal fixation and U-shaped plaster splinting.更多还原
