【摘要】 目的　观察透明质酸(HA)在膝骨性关节炎治疗中对疼痛的影响。方法　关节内注射HA, 1次/周, 5次为1个疗程。分别在注射后4周内及3、6、12、24、36个月等5个时间段对疼痛的改善状况进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果　治疗前后VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0 .01);在中等度以上疼痛改善中,X线表现Ⅰ、Ⅱ期较Ⅲ、Ⅳ期比较差异有显著性(P<0 .01);不同体重指数分组检验中,疼痛改善差异均有显著性(P<0 .01);HA关节腔内注射, 1年内膝关节疼痛改善有明显效果(P<0 .01)。结论　HA治疗膝骨性关节疼痛是高效和安全可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of hyaluronan(HA) in the pain release of knee osteoarthritis. Methods HA was injected into knee joint cavity, once per week, five times as one course of treatment. The improvement of pain in 4 weeks, 3, 6,12, 24 and 36 months after treatment was investigated and analysed statistically with VAS. Results The VAS scores of pre- and post-treatment have significant statistical difference(P<0.01); For medium and above pain, the improvement in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ was better than Ⅲ, Ⅳ with X-ray grading(P<0.01); The improvements of pain in each body mass index (BMI) group have significant statistical difference(P<0.01);It was effective in 1 year(P<0.01). Conclusions The injection of HA into joint cavity is effective and safe in releasing the pain of knee joint osteoarthritis.更多还原
