【摘要】 目的　评估切开复位跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法　跟骨骨折34例36足均行切开复位跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗。结果　随访3~28个月,骨折愈合时间8~16周, 28足术后功能恢复良好,按Mar yland足评分系统评价,优良率77. 8%。结论　跟骨骨折尤其是关节内骨折,采用跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗,结合CPM早期功能锻炼,并发症少,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate for calcaneal fracture. Methods 34 cases(36 feet) of calcaneal fractures were performed with open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate. Results All cases were followed up for 3~28 months. The bony healing time was 8~16 weeks. 28 feet got satisfactory functional recovery. According to Maryland foot score system, the excellent and good rate was 77.8%. Conclusions Calcaneal fracture, cspecially intra-articular fracture, could be treated with open reduction and internal fixation with titanium plate. Combined with CPM early function exercises, it provides satisfactory result with few complication.更多还原
