【摘要】 探讨IFNα-2a对乙型肝炎患者外周血细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)CD95表达及其凋亡率的影响。分离 26例乙型肝炎患者(其中慢性乙型肝炎16例,慢性重型乙型肝炎10例)和20例健康献血员外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC),在IFNα-2a作用前后通过流式细胞仪分别检测PBMC中CTL CD95的表达及其凋亡率。结果表明,乙型肝炎患者外周血CTL存在活化诱导的细胞死亡(AICD)现象,而IFNα-2a对乙型肝炎患者外周血CTL CD95表达及 CTL凋亡率并无影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of IFNα - 2a on CD95 expression and apopotosis rate of peripheral blood cytotoxic T cells( CTL) in hepatitis B patients. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of 26 cases of hepatitis B patients including 16 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients and chronic severe hepatitis B patients 10 cases were isolated. CD95 expression and apoptosis rate of CTL were analyzed with flow cytometry before and after IFNα- 2a treatment. The result indicated that activation induced cell death (AICD) existed in peripheral blood CTL from hepatitis B patients. There was no effect of IFNa - 2a on CD95 expression and apoptosis rate of CTL in hepatitis B patients.更多还原
