【摘要】 探讨血清乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原 (PreS1)与HBV其它标志物及其DNA检测间的关系。对 916例血清标本进行PreS1、乙肝病毒标志物和HBVDNA同步检测。在HBsAg(+)病例组 ,PreS1与HBeAg及HBVDNA阳性率分别为 77 0 9%、5 9 78%和 6 5 36 % ,结果符合率达 72 6 3%和 74 72 % ,在正常对照组三者均为阴性 ;在HBsAg、HBeAg、抗HBc与HBsAg、抗HBe、抗HBc和HBsAg、抗HBc三种阳性模式组 ,PreS1与HBVDNA结果符合率为90 4 2 %、5 1 0 0 %和 5 3 4 1% ,PreS1阳性率 (91 5 9%、5 5 0 0 %、5 6 82 % )与HBVDNA(96 96 %、17 0 0 %、2 1 5 9% )相比 ,差异有显著性 (P均 <0 0 5 )。提示血清PreS1主要存在于HBsAg携带者 ,且与HBeAg和HBVDNA关系密切 ,是反映HBV复制及传染性的又一可靠血清学指标。PreS1联合HBV标志物同步检测具有重要的临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the relationship between Pre-S₁ antigen（PreS₁）and other hepatitis B virus （HBV）markers,HBV DNA.Pre-S₁ antigen, HBV markers（HBVM）and HBV DNA in 916 serum samples were synchronously detected.The positive rates of Pre-S₁ antigen, HBeAg and HBV DNA in the patient group are 77.09%,59.78%,65.36% respectively. The coincident rates of results are 72.63%,74.72%,while they are all negative in control group. Among the three positive patterns with HBsAg,HBeAg, Anti-HBc or HBsAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc and HBsAg,Anti-HBc,the coincident rate of Pre-S₁ and HBV DNA were 90.42%、51.00%、and 53.41%.Compared the positive rates of Pre-S₁（91.59%、55.00%、56.82%）and those of HBV DNA（96.96%、17.00%、21.59%）,the differences were significant（all P<0.05）.The results suggested that Pre-S₁ mainly exists in patients with HBsAg（+）,and has close relation with the condition of HBeAg and HBV DNA.So it is another dependable index to reflect the HBV replication and infective activity,the synchronous detection of Pre-S₁ with HBV markers has its important clinical meaning.更多还原
