【摘要】 目的探讨三维对比增强MR血管造影(3DCEMRA)技术及其临床应用价值。资料与方法应用3D小角度激发快速梯度回波序列(3DFLASH),对32例临床疑血管疾病患者行3DCEMRA,重建方法为最大密度投影(MIP)及多平面重建(MPR),并对两种方法进行评价。结果32例3DCEMRA均获成功,其中26例经手术病理或DSA证实,3DCEMRA图像明确显示了病变部位及范围;在显示血管病变方面,MIP及MPR各有其优势。结论3DCEMRA快速、安全、有效,有利于血管疾病的检出,可以为临床提供更丰富的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the technique and clinic application of three dimensional contrast enhanced MR angiography.Materials and Methods Three dimensional contrast enhanced MR angiography was performed in 32 cases with suspicious of vessels disease using fast low angle single shot sequence. 3D reconstruction techniques, including MIP and MPR, were adopted, and compared with each other.Results 3DCE-MRA was successful in 32 cases, and 26 cases were confirmed by post surgical pathology or DSA, the position and extension of the lesions could be revealed on 3D MRA images. Either MIP or MPR had its advantage in revealing the lesion of the vessels.Conclusion 3DCE-MRA is a noninvasive and effective method of depicting vessels, which can provide more information for clinic.
